With over 25 years of experience, Garrett, through his hard work and dedication, started in the industry in field operations and then quickly moved into various management positions throughout his career. He is driven by optimizing and growing the business by building genuine relationships and trust with employees, customers, and vendors at all levels.
Garrett’s passion for delivering quality installations for our customers is an inspiration for our installers, technicians, foremen, and construction managers. Today, Garrett leads our field operations and oversees highly skilled teams dedicated to providing our customers with quality installations, problem-solving processes, and delivering our customers on-time and on-budget projects.

Mike has held leadership positions with privately and publicly owned companies in the security integration and telecommunications industries for over twenty years. He brings professional guidance and management skills from his natural tendency to lead and decades of business operational experience. His dedication to customer satisfaction, communication, and care are essential for achieving our company’s and customers’ goals.
With Mike’s innate talent, he leads our accounting, finance, and project management teams. Through his leadership, he and his team provide our business development, sales, and operational teams with real-time data to make quick decisions, pivot, and ensure our projects come in on time and budget for our customers.
